Forward 360 Rotation

Technique 

1:  Lie prone on elbows on the edge of the mat

2:  Turn head opposite of involved ear, and bring the head forward over the mat.  Hold this position for at least 30 seconds.

3:  Turn the head 90 degrees towards the involved side and hold for a minimum of 30 seconds.  

4:  Roll the patient onto their back towards the involved side, with their head turned 45 degrees towards the involved side, maintaining 30 degrees neck extension (similar to hallpike position).  Hold for at least 30 seconds.

5:  Return to sitting
